I have been in the air with an aeronautic vessel over Cologne a few days ago for a little break out of the working routine. Quite cool experience, i must say. The day was perfect and even when we started a bit late because of the thermal, i shot a couple of pictures, even with the lacking light at the end of our trip. The vessel was only for four persons and open to all sides, what made the experience a totally different one to sitting in a plane or something like that. Being a couple of hundred meters up, breathing fresh air in this lightwight cockpit, is something i could recommend to anyone who has no acrophobia.
