You can follow the lessons live on the web and all is for free. I’m not 100% sure if that will be the case also for the downloads you can get afterwards, but still you will get a lot through the podcast you can subscribe to. It will not only cover the obvious photography topics, but also others like DSLR video, painting, photoshop and so on. You will find people like David duChemin or Art Wolfe teaching there beside many others.
