I’m a bit in a rush today, going to two festivals to shoot again with Von Dü, where they play tomorrow. The first one is four hours away from Copenhagen, so we start today, even when the concert is tomorrow. The second one is in Copenhagen tomorrow night. But anyway, this here is quite an exciting thing. The masters of multmedia, Mediastorm, relaunched their website. Nothing special you might say, but they not only give now more accessible information to all their client projects, what i like quite a lot as this are some of the best multimedia projects on the web, but also they launched two new stories. Three Women is maybe their first work of fiction, about “women in pain who struggle to make sense of their lives.” Airsick, the one that you can see below, is what you can call Stop-Motion, a form of photofilm that became quite popular in the last years. But this one is kind of the state of the art for it. How they tell the story with it is just mindblowing. Changing paces, combining pictures, all that shows that you can use this form even without words to tell a story. Check it out for sure. And don’t miss the other stories and projects as well. When there is one source out there to learn about how to do proper multimedia by learning through watching, this is the place to go.
