People – an exhibition in Athens, Greece

.

This is exciting news and as most of you might not be able to join the exhibition, I still wanted to share it here with you. I’m doing an exhibition together with travel photographer and good friend Stavros Makris from the 1st to the 15th of December. It will show a selection of our work from Asia and Africa from the hilltribes in Laos, monks in Vietnam, rice farmers in Malaysia to children from DR Congo and colorful portraits from Kenya as well as some of my work from Rwanda.

Unfortunately I will not be able to show up for the opening due to other business in Germany, but I’ll fly in for the ending and do a multimedia lecture called “People – the stories behind the photographs” that will give a deeper insight in the lifes of the people in the pictures, their stories as well as it will feature the piece that brought Stavros and me together for the first time. We will also record the lecture again so that you can see it afterwards here if you are not able to join us.

For more information about the exhibition, the location and so on, check out the facebook page here.
