FLOW MEDIA is specialized in innovative visual storytelling approaches and producing inspiring visual content.
While the core of our work is documentary photography, multimedia and video, over the years we learned that while the core production of the content is important for our clients, the bigger concepts and idea that shape the storytelling is quite often as important. Today our work is normally based on a universe where consulting, content, concepts and ideas live closely together.
While a good story is still a good story, new possibilities to tell those stories, we care about, allow both us and our clients a wide variety of approaches. From combining different media forms or web-based interactive storytelling to “analog” concepts – our approach always puts the story in the middle and aims to create an immersive experience.
We believe that only if the experience of the story can create understanding and commitment to the cause, we are doing our job right. A long-term connection of the viewer with the story and the people in it is our goal for all stories.

SIMON STICKER Director I Cinematographer I Photographer Simon founded FLOW MEDIA in 2006 when he transitioned from geography and professional rockclimbing into documentary visual storytelling. He is driven by his passion to create better understanding for certain issues and life circumstances and help people to connect with the world’s wonders and realities in an in-depth way. EMILE CARLSEN
Photographer I Cinematographer I Composer
Emile is the swiss-army knife for each multimedia production. He is not only doing cinematography and photography at FLOW MEDIA, but also, with his background as a professional musician, evolving the stories with composing original scores for a lot of our projects.
He joined FLOW MEDIA beginning of 2013. His main work focus as been on India in the years before.
